  The object of the Association is to organize the game of Pool by forming competitive leagues and individual competitions in the Peterborough area. The Association has over 1000 players registered and we believe we are one of the largest local based Associations in the Country. The players registered with us age from 12 yrs. to over 80 yrs. and we have people from ethnic and disabled groups all taking an active part in the Leagues. \\\\\   COUNTY TRIALS ARE BOOKED FOR CAMBRIDGE SNOOKER CENTRE SUNDAY 9th JANUARY (MEN) SUNDAY 18th JANUARY (LADIES & YOUTH)  FOR MORE DETAILS CLICK ON COUNTY TRIALS BELOW     /////   \\\\\ EX: RESULTS SECRETARY JEFF FENNER IS BANNED "SINE DIE" FROM ALL ACTIVITIES OF THE P.P.A. AFTER PLEADING GUILTY TO CHARGES OF THEFT FROM THE ASSOCIATION HE WAS SENTENCED TO 18 months Community Service which equals 180 hours. 18 months Supervisory Order which I understand means he is supervised and watched for the next 18 months.£150 court fees. Ordered to pay the P.P.A. money owed, for which his mother has written out a cheque and handed it to the court.  /////  \\\\\   THE COMMITTEE ARE PUTTING A BET ON THAT THEY WILL HAVE GATHERED MORE POINTS THIS SEASON THAN ANY OTHER TEAM IN THE LEAGUES HOW YOU SAY !!! WELL IF THE CAPTAINS KEEP FAILING TO SEND IN THE SCORECARDS WE WILL HAVE DEDUCTED MORE POINTS THAN ANY TEAM HAVE WON     /////  /////  \\\\\   Would all Captains and players remember that if you play in both sessions of a match you are required to sign for both frames failure to do so will cost your team points and your individual rankings can not be updated   /////
